I have been at JD for over one and a half years, always reaching my targets in a busy, pressurised environment. I first started this job as a temporary Christmas sales assistant, later being offered a contract to stay in the industry, out of over 100 Christmas temps, as they was so pleased with how quickly I maintained knowledge of products and features to provide recommendations to customers. I have been recognised for going above and beyond my targets given to me in selling add on items to the customers existing purchases, as I have been given rewards for this multiple times throughout my career. I have also collaborated effectively with team members to make sure they efficiently meet their sales targets. Personally, I once exceeded my target by over 200%, which was one of the highest records the senior members of staff had personally seen.
