• This job consists of serving customers shoes, providing the best quality customer service to help overcome any queries and finding alternatives if the desired product isn't available, processing deliveries and distributing it, cleaning the store after closing and serving customers on the till. I have;

At this job, it consists of always providing the best customer service by making customers feel welcomed, by offering them refreshments and making them feel comfortable. Working as part of a team and helping any hairdresser's out for example washing a clients hair so they are ready for the hairdresser to start their treatment. In my free time I would make sure the salon is kept tidied E.G. washing up and sweeping any hair.

I worked at Chichester college restaurant for 2 weeks as part of my work experience. I was responsible for;

• Checked customers' identities to ensure they met age requirements for purchase of alcohol.

• Helped seat guests upon arrival, leading to a welcoming atmosphere.
