Before I got the job at cheeky chinps I did a week of work experiene there through school and this is when I was initially offered the job and throughout my time working at cheeky chimps I have gained several new skills such as;

• serving customers on a cafe and making hot drinks(such as lattes and cappuccinos etc)
• taking food orders and dealing with alergens and food preferences
• using tills for orders and taking payments on card readers
• cleaned and sanitised children's play area to ensure a safe environment
• created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• sorting out stock and checking dates
• Cleared and cleaned tables quickly to prepare for next guests.
• letting customers in and out of the play center
• hosted birthday parties for groups of 5-30, ensuring a memorable experience

I also have experience in working in a school and helping to teach the class and this gave me skills such as

• solving problems/altercations between groups of students
• gaining confidence to speak in front of a larger group of people
• organising paperwork and activities
• helping students with work they were struggling with

Some more experience includes teaching younger children in a dance environment and some skills I have learnt from this are

• patience when trying to teach the children a new skill
• responsibility over the children and mistakes
• leadership over a group of people
• good communication skills when explaining the moves in more simple terms so that the children can understand better
