On a daily basis, my role involves carefully coordinating planned activities, ensuring they align with various deadlines, and utilizing a range of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Office, and others—all while strictly adhering to health and safety protocols. This ensures the safeguarding of our engineers as they undertake their tasks.


I am responsible for crafting and refining site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure optimal safety in the way works are carried out and to also identify any hazards when doing so.

Additionally, orchestrating controlled outages is part of my purview, ensuring that sites are temporarily offline to enable engineers to operate securely.


Integral to these projects is the strategic procurement of a myriad of card types, including the integration of Huawei cards like UMPTe2's, GTMU's, and UBBP cards.


Managing the logistics of site access, often in partnership with external providers, is another key aspect of my expertise.


Following the completion of projects, a meticulous post-audit process is executed, culminating in the submission of a comprehensive site acceptance report pack document. This document attests to the successful completion, rigorous testing, and enhanced operational state of the site compared to its initial condition.


Working cohesively as a dynamic trio, my team has overseen the successful execution of more than 2000 distinctive upgrades spanning a diverse array of locations across the UK, Northern Ireland, and even France


Throughout these endeavours, we have fostered a seamless and productive partnership with our Portuguese stakeholders, Celfinet, with whom we engage on a daily basis.
