I am responsible for crafting and refining site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure optimal safety in the way works are carried out and to also identify any hazards when doing so.

Additionally, orchestrating controlled outages is part of my purview, ensuring that sites are temporarily offline to enable engineers to operate securely.

Integral to these projects is the strategic procurement of a myriad of card types, including the integration of Huawei cards like UMPTe2's, GTMU's, and UBBP cards.

Managing the logistics of site access, often in partnership with external providers, is another key aspect of my expertise.

Following the completion of projects, a meticulous post-audit process is executed, culminating in the submission of a comprehensive site acceptance report pack document. This document attests to the successful completion, rigorous testing, and enhanced operational state of the site compared to its initial condition.

Working cohesively as a dynamic trio, my team has overseen the successful execution of more than 2000 distinctive upgrades spanning a diverse array of locations across the UK, Northern Ireland, and even France

Throughout these endeavours, we have fostered a seamless and productive partnership with our Portuguese stakeholders, Celfinet, with whom we engage on a daily basis.

During my tenure at BT, I gained invaluable proficiency in conducting safety tests on engineers' equipment, ensuring their well-being during on-site operations .Employing a PAT tester and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, I rigorously assessed climbing gear, personal protective equipment (PPE), electrical devices, and Gas Detection Units (GDU's). This encompassed not only testing but also encompassed repairing GDU's and addressing any equipment-related issues as required. Throughout this learning phase, I extensively utilized various BT programs for GDU calibration and other operational facets.

My role also entailed nationwide travel to diverse BT sites, which significantly honed my navigation prowess.

On-site, I actively participated in BT group meetings, engaging in comprehensive discussions concerning company-wide developments

Subsequently, I transitioned to BT's Supply Chain division, managing incoming stock and engaging in daily face-to-face customer interactions

This multifaceted role also encompasses stock management and proficiency with the 'WMS' system.

In instances where damage did occur, I proficiently utilized my plastering and trimming abilities to achieve a seamless and polished result. Furthermore, I acquired proficiency in transforming windows into doors, successfully installing diverse door types such as composite front doors, bifolding doors, back doors, and French doors. My role encompassed precision fitting, guaranteeing optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal for each door installation.
