Coaching football in Dubai for three weeks with TFA Dubai. I spent this time shadowing TFA Dubai in there Football with all different age groups helping out and coaching some drills myself.

Took part in over 30 hours of volunteer work, helping out deliver sessions to kids under the age of 12 whilst also learning and taking on board what the more experienced coaches do in different scenarios.

Spent two weeks in Spain Magaluf experiencing new sports learning how to coach them myself, also took part in professional cross-fit sessions and had some work experience with tour Calvia delivering these sessions
