I am a Director at JLL with over eight years’ experience in the business, having progressed from Sales Consultant to Sales Director and most recently to Director. I specialise in the sale of new developments, predominantly across Central London, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering a wide range of transactions—from single apartment sales to owner-occupiers and investors through to the disposal of entire residential blocks to institutional investors. Alongside my transactional role, I support the day-to-day running of the sales team, mentoring and advising junior colleagues to help drive performance and development. I work closely with our Development Consultancy team to stay aligned with developer motivations, expectations, and market changes, ensuring our sales strategy remains informed and effective. I am also actively involved in business development and improving operational efficiency. This includes working with internal Salesforce developers to refine our CRM system and partnering with JLL Technologies to introduce initiatives such as WhatsApp integration on our website, which has increased enquiry levels by approximately 30%. I have also been involved in the rollout of Connect, an in-house platform designed to help third-party agents engage more effectively with buyers, driving increased interest, viewings, and sales.
I worked within the London Residential Developments team, collaborating with colleagues across the capital to deliver sales for a range of clients and brands, including Hamptons International, John D Wood and Greene & Co. This role gave me exposure to a wide variety of developments and buyer profiles, and I quickly built strong relationships with both repeat investors and owner-occupiers. I took a hands-on approach to sourcing suitable properties for clients, guiding them through the process and leading negotiations to successfully agree sales. Alongside this, I developed a solid working knowledge of the RPS (Reapit) system and used it effectively to manage pipelines and client relationships. The role also involved regular interaction with developers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers, requiring a well-rounded understanding of the full transaction process. I actively engaged with our wider office network to drive interest in new homes stock and played a key role in delivering successful property launches, both on-site and from our head office.
Worked within the award winning ‘New Homes & Investment Team’ as a Sales Negotiator selling across London, generally operating for smaller developers delivering boutique schemes. Countrywide PLC went on to acquire the company in 2015.
Prior to the final year of my degree, I assisted with investment deals from a research aspect as well as providing support to the sales Team.
Shadowed the founding partners of a development company specialising in Super Prime Residential in London. Attended meetings focused on sales, interior design, architects and engineers, also negotiation with the council concerning planning permission and building consent for listed properties. Focus was on a high profile development, 88 St. James Street, a property opposite St. James Palace.
Worked as part of a dynamic team on site construction, was given the opportunity to shadow directors and site managers throughout my experience. I assisted with demolition, construction and planning process.
