Summary

I am a highly-motivated and determined individual with over 10 years of experience within the construction industry, playing a key role in driving over several projects to completion during my time with Mace MEP and ISG Major Projects. I am skilled in managing and collaborating with individuals of all ages and professional abilities, whilst striving to deliver projects on time, within budget, and compliant to client specifications. My professional roles to date include Construction Management, Package Management, and Mechanical Engineering, to my current role as Senior Technical Services Manager leading the Infrastructure workstream at 20 Ropemaker Street, a £130M commercial fit out in the City of London for a world renowned law firm. I have experience in MEP Services, metal fabrication, and bricklaying, where working to fine tolerances has enabled me to provide great attention to detail. I am seeking to join a company to which I can attribute the skills and knowledge I have acquired during my time in the industry, and continue to demonstrate being an asset towards a successful reputation in project delivery.

Work History

Senior Technical Services Manager

Structure Tone London
London, City of London
09.2024 - Current

Due to the unfortunate demise of ISG in September 2024, I joined Structure Tone the following week and returned to 20 Ropemaker Street to continue the delivery of the Critical Infrastructure, which is now complete well in advance of our first contractual sectional completion. I was awarded a Senior TSM role for my recognised efforts at ISG, and continue to exceed the expectations of my new employers. My roles and responsibilities remain the same, however I continue to push myself to improve at every opportunity. As we approach our first sectional completion, I have been leading the production, review, and collation of all the necessary contractual documentation in preparation for handover to ensure a seamless transition from contractor to client, defect free.

At ISG I progressed from undertaking a traditional Technical Services Manager role on my earlier projects, to undertaking a Senior TSM role, whilst leading a workstream to deliver the critical infrastructure for sectional completion of the UPS, MER and SER spaces. Whilst executing this senior position at 20 Ropemaker Street, my roles and responsibilities included:

  • Presenting part of our pitch to the client and wider professional team.
  • Assisting with programme sequencing and durations whilst considering buildability.
  • Producing project start up documentation and supply chain scopes.
  • Chairing supply chain interviews and kick off meetings.
  • Working collaboratively with various supply chain partners and stakeholders to resolve design co-ordination issues.
  • Chairing regular meetings and working collaboratively with other stakeholders including the Landlord and neighbouring tenants.
  • Leading the Infrastructure workstream to deliver critical areas for sectional completion.
  • Driving the supply chain to achieve programme dates whilst ensuring quality throughout.
  • Maintaining regular programme droplines and progress mark ups.
  • Preparing various reports, presentations and bulletins for record information.
  • Delivering progress updates, key issues and solutions to the client and professional team weekly.
  • Presenting workstream updates to the Senior Leadership Team and wider ISG team fortnightly.

  • Production of key commissioning documentation, and management of the testing and commissioning alongside the CxM.
