Since working in a nursery it has drastically increased my confidence, meaning I feel more comfortable with the parents and staff This has allowed me to make so many strong bonds with parents and staff Recently, i have found that i work extremely well under stress, controlling the environment well

Another skill i have developed throughout working is being creative, working in a nursery meant being very hands on and getting extremely messy through play with the children It has taught me to use my imagination with limited resources and link to the children's interests

My strongest skill was working in partnership with the parents, I was extremely good with making the parents feel comfortable in the environment and less anxious when dropping their child off Through communication i always kept them feeling like their child was in best hands

During my time in nursery work, i had a lot of opportunities to lead the room, This meant ensuring that the staff knew their role that day and knew each child's routine that they were looking after I was alin chargeso of each staff member and babies The room can take up to 30 babies in which i had to ensure that they were looked after and each individual requirement was met to their indivual needs
