Personal Statement

I am a highly motivated and committed Manager and Leader. I have worked as part of the Criminal Justice System for 22 years during which time I have progressed from frontline case management of adults and children to senior leadership positions across family work and youth justice. i consider myself to have a strong ethical value base, focused on delivering high quality services to the customer of services and ensuring that those service users co-produce services to ensure that that they are effective. I build strong relationships and partnerships leading to collaboration and innovation.
