• BRITTISH GAS - Boiler servicing and repair, power flushing, (seasonal work) Liaising with customers and using computer system to book out boiler parts as well as booking jobs in and daily work schedules, boiler servicing and safety data.
• All these companies require clean and safe working procedures as well as complete customer satisfaction. All work also needed to be completed to a high standard.
• My largest contract to date was for a company called MCR where I managed all plumbing repairs and installations of boilers, cylinders and bathrooms, as well as power flushing large central heating systems and landlord gas safety certificates. On this contract I managed a team of four, delegating work and scheduling repairs to be carried out on a site with 84 properties in the heart of Liverpool.
• I also have some experience working on boiler breakdowns mostly with Ravenheat boilers as Ravenheat contact me with details of their customers who require assistance when their boilers develop a fault.
