Currently Based out of the Stratford Depot in Eastlondon. I perform postal duties in this area. I first start off by prepping my round and make sure my route is organised and get it ready to go out and perform my deliveries. I then plan my route to ensure that my work is completed on time and clear my frame and minimize returns on parcels. The route can get changed depending on special deliveries, but this is done by forward planing before departing the depot, and to do a vehicle safety check everyday before leaving and complying with the rules set out by royal mail managers and provide with excellent customer service to the customers as I am face of the company and to provide and maintain high level of standards at all time.

For this company I started off as a driver and worked myself up to become a manager for this company,

I managed a fleet of drivers, they were based In various depot's like Tuffnells, Interlink, TNT, FedX, Yodel. in various location from London to Essex

Duties here were to manage drivers and manage the daily operations of the network, which included making sure all freight was loaded into the vehicles, dealing with suppliers, customers , drivers,

ensuring all freight was delivered on time and collections were made as per requested.

mostly I was based in TNT depot. It was my responsibility to comply with TNT management and with my set of drivers I was responsible for the freight that comes into the depot to be delivered on time and minimise returns and perform collections. The area under my control was all of E14,E2,E3,E8,E9,E5.

I managed all these areas and all the freight for these areas were my responsibility to deliver on a daily basis by the drivers I managed, and to ensure no freight was left behind and then to monitor the drivers during the day and comply with the Standards set out with TNT management. I also used to go to various other depot where we had other drivers working out of and more or less made sure the daily operations of this was managed and to liaise with the depot mangers to provide them with the service and ensure that there was no problems in the daily operations of logistics. Also as appointed Transport manager alongside operations manager it was also my responsibility to make sure the 7.5t drivers followed the driver regulations as set out , and readings of their taco cards carried carry out, inspections of the lorries downloading the lorries driver data and organise any maintenance required to do so on a daily basis.

I took a break from the courier industry and decided to train to become a driving instructor,

Duties were teaching people how to drive

duties including, routing out my deliveries, organising my freight,

loading my van and delivering parcels within a set area and doing collections

I was working for an agency and for tis company I was based in different companies and different locations.

My main duties in this job was delivering parcels to residential and business on a daily basis
