Carrying out site visits to ongoing projects to ensure understanding of ongoing work and build relationships with contractors.
  • Created, developed, and implemented numerous digital inspection and reporting functions for various teams including Estates, Water Control, and Engineering in Scottish Canals' Asset Management eXpert system (AMX).
  • Performed annual data review and cleanse on AMX to maintain the quality and integrity of asset, inspection, and defect data. Inputted all relevant data from Principle Inspections into AMX, ensuring accurate recording and understanding of observations. Progressed inspection regime changes resulting from outcomes.
  • Provided training and coaching sessions to enhance staff members' knowledge, competency, and utilization of AMX on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Developed strong relationships with supervisors, managers and heads of service across the organisation to enhance comprehension of AIT and AMX.
