- Communication skills - I work well as part of a team evidenced by being a strong member of my Rugby League team communicating tactics and processes throughout the game
- Team building - I helped to develop my school Rugby team, being an experienced player I helped build an excellent team spirit through leading by example, building confidence in others and suggesting better ways of working as a team
- Leadership - Throughout my time playing Rugby, Music and at School I have shown my self to be a leader, I lead by example helping other less experienced peers grow and develop their confidence and skill set Encouraging others when needed
- Calm under pressure - Playing the drums on stage in front of an audience on numerous occasions, I showed my calmness under pressure helping drive the band through the set
