Essentially in all my working career I have worked with people whether they have been termed as service users or customers. This has afforded me with over 20 years of experience in dealing with people and has honed in my listening skills, empathy and tenacity in getting to the heart of the matter when dealing with people. I have in the last three years been working in HEI, I am usually the first point of call for prospective and current students, their parents, academics and other colleagues
I have strong organizational skills my areas of knowledge includes growing service user relationships. I am able to learn new tasks quickly and represent an organisation in a friendly and professional manner.
I invigilated exams ensuring that participants follow the correct exam procedure, as well as offering admin support during training sessions and annual conferences.I was the first point of contact to signpost both trainers, trainee and colleagues.
