- It was essential to establish a relationship based on trust and empathy since they couldn't always express their needs. I had to be very observant and take the initiative to provide for them.

- Reaching out to the appropriate authority for any issues the patient faced or additional support they required, like a new wheelchair or scheduling doctor appointments
