- Royal Mail is the place where I learn the necessary skills needed to be an efficient and effective delivery driver. I had to make sure that any and all parcels were delivered safely and on time. My communication skills increased as well because a lot of customers could be disabled or suffered with mental health issues so I had to adapt to the situation and the level of service required.

- As a skilled labourer on a team fitting insulation throughout the North of England working under the GBIS government scheme I learned attention to detail. Having to complete the work and take pictures of every stage throughout taught me how to deliver high quality work and gradually got faster over time. Going into different customers' houses everyday also showed me how to be professional even in the most stressful situations.

2018.01 - 2022.01
- Using a more traditional method of aluminium casting I had to learn nothing but hard work here. Highly labour intensive and quite dangerous at times I had to be visual of hazards at all times. Creating molds for castings from green sand and then pouring the molten metal into the mold taught me strength and calmness in the face of dangerous work.
