Additional Information

Ever thought of what it takes to have and experience a delightful intimate relationship or how impactful a great and successful intimate relationship would be to the rest of your being? Your health, career, social relationship, interpersonal relationship and life choices. Our relationship determines the rate of our success and ambition. As a qualified relationship and life coach, my focus is on creating a warm, explorative and accepting environment where client can lower their guard and focus on being true to themselves with regards to their relationship issues, readiness, any hiccups and preparations for the relationship that they so desire. Separation, divorce and the lack even interest in a committed and long-term relationship have dominated the society which can be mitigated with relationship and life coaching. The social problems we all witness started from the family units and the family issues started from the individuals who failed to make the conscious efforts to prepare for their intimate relationship. To resolve the issues will take a bottom-up process working from the individuals through to the society. In my client work as a coach, I work with my clients so that they know what they do not know that they need to know for a successful, impactful and happily ever after relationship.

I am not just trained to be a qualified and experienced relationship and life coach; I have threaded the with my lived experiences of relationship challenges which have informed my career choice and practise. My knowledge and experiences have placed me in the position to support my client with their skills and knowledge required for making informed relationship choices.

I believed that if we can work hard to have the right qualification for our desired job, then our relationship deserves similar attention. Everyone has the right to a peaceful and successful relationship, and this can only be achieved with making informed choices.

My client ranges from young persons from 16 to 25 years, single adults, couples, parents, child-parent relationship, young adult and parent relationships, divorced couple co-parenting relationships, advanced couples coaching and interpersonal relationships.

We are social being and relationship is our primary need so if you are ready to move your relationship to the next level or learn skills and knowledge to ready yourself for that ideal relationship then check out my website and make the contact that will change your life for good.

I use a combination of Coaching, Existential modality, ACT, person-centred, attachments-based therapy and narrative in my client work. I am currently training for Counselling psychology and Existential Psychotherapy and already seeing clients in this capacity so, in our coaching if therapy is required this will be discussed and taken on board for a very discounted price.

Adventure, Cooking, playing with my children, delivering training for the young people and women

I love nature and working with nature, I like to garden and travel to my farm in Africa where i get closer the natural environment with my birds, goats, squirrels, rabbits and crops

I cook a lot and that is one of my therapeutic moments where i get to unwind, bake and reflect on life, new thoughts on how to approach my clients struggles and new seminar ideas are cultivated. Ever learnt a new song whilst showering? That is the where i get my inspirations.

My children are the centre of my world and all i do in my private and career are inspired and for them. Playing with my children allows me the space and time to be closer to them, know their minds their thoughts and challenges. It is my time specially dedicated to them and the time that I will cherish in my old age and do not want to miss anything neither do I desire that they miss out from me as a mum.

I see other children from the same lenses that i see my children so I spend time developing and training children on issues that are unconscious to the adult mind which is teaching young persons on the importance of relationship and making conscious intimate relationship choices for their better and secured personal and professional livelihood. A lot of times, parents are overwhelmed with material and financial demands to provide the basic for the family but the most important which is emotional and behavioral presence are unattended. This is where my training fill the vacuum and provide the children with the emotional information required to develop their emotional intelligence, their relationship needs and requirement for a better life as adults.
