In my work history with Toolstation I've worked here for the past 2 and half years i started as a sales assistant and i am now a key holder with more senior responsibilities, with the Experience i have working here i have learned to help and identify my customers needs and how to communicate with each customer and making sure any problems are sorted, I'm good at staying patient when customers are annoyed or stressed out and i always try de escalate the situation and see if i could offer a quick solution for them.

My job was a very customer serviced based job and 2 years experience I've leant how to communicate with each customer and solve what ever problem there having giving them good experiences and making loyal customers and repeat business.

Also in my roll here at Toolstation I've got experience on delivery's and taken in pallet delivery's so im aware making sure everything is done safely and customers are kept safe as well.

Im looking for a new opportunity where i can still use my customer service skills and help people but i would also like to have the opportunity to work some where different and outdoors with some practical work.
