My journey in childcare began within the comforting environment of my family, where I took advantage my skills in understanding children's needs and facilitating their progression towards adulthood. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working closely with children from various backgrounds, including those with special educational needs (SEN). My experience in providing tailored one-on-one support to children with SEN has equipped me with invaluable insights and strategies to help them achieve their milestones. I am fluent in Turkish, which allows me to engage effectively with diverse families and communities. My GCSE-level proficiency in Turkish, reading, writing, and language, enhances my ability to connect with families and ensure clear and meaningful communication regarding their children's development. I take immense pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and organised environment which leaves a positive impact towards children's growth and well-being.
