Ava Lewis

Working within the team at FatFace built my confidence and skills set in a variety of areas. I had the responsibility of being in a customer facing role, where I guided customers towards appropriate products based on their preferences, which I found incredibly rewarding. I provided coverage during peak times, such as weekends and the holidays, contributing to an effective management of customer flow. Furthermore, I handled transactions, helped with visual merchandising in the store, processed online orders, processed delivery to the store, replenished store stock and answered customer enquires, complaints and phone calls.
