I have experience working in hospitality and as bar staff. I have encountered difficult customers and learnt how to handle situations where customers are unhappy with a service . In my role i was trained to pour drinks and serve them as well as serving food, i have 1 years worth of work experience in hospitality. I offer great customer service by ensuring i am always giving a positive attitude towards customers to ensure they feel comfortable, as well as always smiling and interacting with them. I warmly greeted guests upon arrival to create welcoming atmosphere. When there are times of busy shifts i make sure me and my co workers work together to serve all customers. I did 5-6 hour’s depending on the shift so i am very good with keep a good attitude throughout the shift.

I have worked as a team member at drive thru, during my time working there I was constantly interacting with customers and approach them with a clear tone so. If a customer has difficulty understanding the menu i will explain to them in more detail to ensure they are assisted and leave happy with what they have paid for. I have encountered many unhappy customers and always make sure i keep a positive attitude with them to avoid conflict and calm them down. I am excellent at multitasking as I was working at drive thru by myself so I had to talk to customers on a mic and at the window where payments take place.
