In my current role, I serve food and drinks at both the bar and on the floor, providing exceptional customer service to patrons. My responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness (potwash), cleaning tables and glasses, taking orders, resolving complaints, and processing payments through cash and card. I also upheld company policies during shifts for compliance purposes, supported inventory checks for accurate record keeping and maintained high standards of personal presentation, reflecting positively on business image.

Temporary Summer Position Operated as a packing operative, efficiently packing fruit boxes to order and preparing them for shipping. Demonstrated strong attention to detail and maintained a high level of physical performance. I also adapted swiftly to different work shifts, proving reliability and commitment, minimised damage during transit for customer satisfaction and reduced waste by efficiently using packaging materials.
