My role within the hotel I worked for was a ground floor team member, however my role was widespread as i took care of any activity or task I was given. My role often required me to take up multiple positions such as the hotel bar and serving drinks or being present to check people in at reception. My main duties consisted of running the store front for the restaurant.

This role was a simple kitchen support position in which i learned the basics of operation and aided wherever i was told to or could. This position was my first job and provided me with the perfect set of skills for a kitchen/restaurant position.
