through my time in childcare I have been able to set up and help manage my own set room, have good relations and communication with parents and coworkers alike, I'm always willing to expand my knowledge and learn more, constantly looking for opportunity's to help and support the company I've been able to support children through constructive play including messy play, sensory play, cognitive play and more I've been working in the same setting for over 2 years and have always been a strong member in any room I've been put in from babies to preschool, no matter what challenges face me in a day I have a strong sense on how to fix an issue or distract the children through group play during any concerns that may appear. I maintain strong bonds with each and every staff member allowing me to work with any and all people letting any past actions go and moving on quickly to help benefit the children, overall I feel I possess a lot of quality's needed in such a challenging job and it shows in my practice
