  • Investigate the claim circumstance by reviewing the supporting documents like claim form, witness statements, examining the video footage, interviewing the stakeholders

  • Negotiate settlements with the third-party representatives in line with the terms and conditions of the policy (ex- credit hire, storage, PAV). This may also involve working with our panel of solicitors where liability is in dispute, litigation case
  • Coordinate with motor engineer, loss adjustor, claims investigator to ensure accurate damage assessments
  • Maintain the claim records and documents in accordance with the insurance regulation
  • Reduced the turnaround time for the actionable items from ten days to five days for my team
  • Efficiently managed the motor claim outlays by capturing the third-party details promptly, thereby keeping it within the insurer control
