Working within Education sector as an IT analyst I have worked within many areas of ICT.

I have sole responsible for providing IT support for 2 Primary School, and as part of a team of 5, we provide IT support and infrastructure for a Secondary school and Special educational needs school all with a total of over 1500 students and 500 Staff.

• Anti malware and security installations.
• Assist Director of IT meeting DFE Standards.
• Maintain backups and protection to DFE standards.
• Both leading and co-leading Security related Projects, Penetration testing scope, email security and phishing prevention.
• Provide training to staff for all sorts of software.
• Creating, editing, suspend and archive users within Google Workspace and Active directory.
• Assisting and shadowing Network Manager with network, server and telephony support/installation.
• Installation, configuration and support for both server hardware and software - Setting up AV for events.
• Creating infrastructure, Managing and repairing Chromebook scheme for secondary school with 1000 student devices.
• Support with IPADs.
• GDPR Compliance checking on software and websites staff require.
• Support with running of systems for Trust users, for example, finance, HR, Payroll, Catering, Library, Google classroom/workspace, Asset system, MDM's, Safeguard.
• Support with CCTV and investigations.
• Deploy, lead and maintain Sign in system.
• Understand and configure firewall system and filtering - Smoothwall.
• Liaise with staff and support students in anything IT related, and help with any questions students may have regarding IT Hardware, software.
• Troubleshooting Network problems and ensuring VLAN and VPN's are secure.

• Troubleshooting/repairing customers computers/laptops/personal devices
• Repair of computers for customers with variety of problems for example: Slow speed, Malware, Internet Stability issues
• Building computers for customers with different needs and circumstances - and varying budgets
• Mapping network plan and recommending networking for safe and secure devices within budget
• Cleaning of computers using virtual environments and RDP

• Support patients with food and beverage ordering and advising on best nutritious meal options
• Liaise with kitchen team to ensure food orders are received
• Order stock when needed
• Provide ad-hoc refreshments to both patients and visitors
• Ensure all serving/kitchen equipment is prepared and cleaned to meet with company standards
• Interacting with patients and ensuring all patients needs are met during their stay
• Provide care and advice for patients with disabilities/illnesses/allergies and intolerances
• Responsible for training of new staff members
• Ensure kitchen and canteen have sufficient stock
• Ensuring patient/visitor safety, cleaning and clearing of all hazards
• Responsible for opening and closing kitchen and ward kitchen daily
• Complete all hospital/department order forms

• Worked alongside electricians and gained some knowledge about Electrical work
• Ripped out old house wiring to make ready for complete rewire and renovation
• Learned basic electrician skills while rewiring and replacing lights and sockets
