- It is separated into 2 phases:
- Migrate live feeds from 8 communication channels (vendor driven) into an archiving tool:
- Actual migration of legacy data from sources analysed in Phase 1 to archiving tool (Azure Data Factory and AWS-powered-tool)
- Deliverables:
- A unified platform for e-discovery, T&S Compliance, trade surveillance and T&S Legal teams to access archived business communications across multiple channels as needed based on regional and regulatory retention policies.
- Intuitive methods to ingest, index and search business communications data whilst maintaining data authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Support the current legal hold approach and varied data retention requirement (by region, product, custodian, etc.)
- Determine steps for how to migrate, what to dispose of) and which existing solutions can be decommissioned by what date.
- Measure power trading risks and compliance and presenting to head of trading compliance and risk managements to make informed decisions with.
