Reason for leaving so soon -

Rota changed within 2 weeks of taking up the position which meant some months working 3 weekend days in a row instead of 1 in 5 and covering lates till 11pm at night which did not work with my family life and was not spoken about previous to starting the role or part of the rota i was originally given

• Assist and deputise for the maintenance manager managing a team of 12 in house trade operatives across four school sites and a portfolio of residential properties
• Running the college bms system
• Project managing small projects
• Surveying college properties and document any maintenance/refurbishment works required
• Carrying out risk assessments and method statements
• Making sure compliance/health & safety/ppm records and kept up to date (water treatment monitoring/flushing)
