Anthony Poole

I was responsible for organising and overlooking the front of house, front line, backline, audio, visual, staging and site elements of major music festivals around Britain. I have also had experience delivering local crew expertise to HBO and the BBC. I was in charge of between 12 and 60 workers at a time, I had to rotate breakfast, lunch and breaks, mediate in any problems with equipment, and organise sleeping arrangements for crew in hotels and air B&Bs. One of my main duties were to co ordinate with clients and form an action plan of how best to deliver a finished site when the date for the change over arrived.
