The company recycle rare metal from catalizators of cars, so my job was mixed. I was cutting and opening catalizators, cleaning the metal from trash mixed up in it, driving a forklift, helping around the warehouse where it was needed, working in the lab that tested the concentration of metals in the samples we took, processing the materials and putting them in the system, testing the catalizators for value, inventory.

Piking products according to the lists we were giving and clean as you go policy.

• Used hand-held devices and computers to record and monitor inventory levels and completed audits to uncover and address inaccuracies.
• Alternated goods in inventory by observing first-in and first-out approach to keep shelves organized and properly stocked.
• Operated pallet jacks and material moving equipment to receive and transport items from various warehouse locations.
• Kept documentation and records accurate and up-to-date with latest data to prevent errors in processing or delivery.
• Placed incoming inventory in optimal storage locations to promote continued accuracy and easy retrieval.
• Operated RF scanners to track merchandise and verify contents of containers.
• Acknowledged safety issues and contacted shift supervisor regarding concerns and for quick resolution.
• Putaway products with the help of HLOP and LLOP trucks

• Decanting products from pallets into totes
• Moving pallets with products to decanters, bringing pallers with empty totes, taking away empty pallets and managing the area for anything else
• Loading and unloading lorrys with the help of LLOP trucks
• Maximized efficiency by scanning items unloaded and completing as many as possible per hour.
