BPP University has allowed me to expand my experience with them, so I now work in the Visa Compliance team, monitoring the arrivals and visa applications of newly enrolling students.

I helped with the launch and implementation of Puppy Yoga sessions at the Yoga Hub studio whereby my role consists of assisting the yoga classes by managing the puppies and making sure everything ran smoothly. Here I manage the welfare of the animals, administered the class structure, help run the social media to gain new customers and get high retention rates of previous clients.

As this was a new project in this company, I also helped with the marketing and expansion of the classes, through social media content, which taught me valuable marketing skills and allowed me to manage collaborations with brands and companies.

BPP is a highly renowned and respected international University based in the UK, here I was working five days a week assisting international students who have come to the UK to study.This University has strong student recruitment links with India, where I have been to twice alongside the student recruitment team as part of this employment. In the London campus, my role included answering queries, analysing data surrounding student engagement, enrolling students, checking visas and working in a team to improve attendance rates. This was also a customer service role as I worked closely with new students, assisting them in their first couple of weeks in the UK and setting them up within the University.

Working in a London based hospitality staffing company involved a number of different front line roles such as waiting on tables, front of house, cocktail making and working behind the bar, barista and welcoming high end guests at corporate events.Some events I have worked at include The Chelsea Flower Show, Royal Ascot and Nocturne Live at Blenheim Palace.I have engaged in both team player and team leader positions on these shifts and have worked high pressure events collaboratively. I truly enjoy working in events and as part of a service team and it is high paced, exciting and meaningful.

I worked at Studio K Dance Studio alongside studying for my A levels, so I worked evenings and weekends helping with a range of both kids and adult classes. At reception, I was head of customer service, which included welcoming new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, contributing to marketing, answering queries and managing paperwork including medical forms, contracts and risk assessments.
