As somebody with Autism, Have great understanding of this, along with my experience of working with SEN children who also have trauma and attachment

Very organised, like things being tidy and enjoy lists

Am quite creative, enjoying setting up boards

ELSA trained and have led ELSA sessions

Had Lego therapy training and have led these too

Have experience with continuous provision and setting up environments based on children's targets

Familiar with EHCPs and have done referrals and was SEN trained within my old nursery

Have dealt with lots of dysregulated children, being team teach trained But also do lots of 1:1 in order to help children regulate again

Enjoy sports and am currently leading year 5-6 boys football training session on Wednesday and girls on Thursday
