
I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), including and especially those with trauma and attachment issues. ELSA trained, adept at leading sessions to foster emotional literacy and resilience. Skilled in continuous provision, environment setup based on children's targets, and developing little activities in order to help them achieve this. I am familiar with EHCPs and referral processes. Team teach trained, proficient in managing dysregulated children through 1:1 support. Organised and creative, enjoys setting up boards and leading sports activities such as football training for year 5-6 boys and girls. Career goals include further enhancing skills in SEN support and expanding leadership roles within educational settings. I also have experience supporting within mainstream, as I support on a Friday afternoon, also joining in with trips and a residential too.
