As a wellbeing personal trainer for Nuffield I was set with new challenges and targets weekly, the role was very demanding and sales based. It was my role to perform gym inductions, Health MOTs, Personal training, ministry of defence testing, cystic fibrosis programming, group exercise, children’s classes alongside general tasks as cleaning my allocated area.
In the role of Trainee Duty Manager I was responsible for the running of the club alongside the fitness manager for 8 hour periods. Within the role I would tackle any issues with the running of the facilities. I would receive and resolve complaints from members efficiently, effective and fairly. Work on all departments covering breaks and helping out team members were needed. Implementing the opening and closing procedures of the club including cashing up at the end of the night. Organising group-ex instructors on arrival to the club and implementing any last minute changes.
