- Working with children and young adults with disabilities and their families – severe physical and learning disability, sensory impairment, profound multiple disabilities, complex and severe health needs.
- Preparation of Transition pathways and plans for children turning 18 within the service.
- Children attending special Schools with an Education, Health, and Care Plan.
- Undertaken Children and Families Assessments (Social Work Assessment), Parent Carers Assessments, Young Carers Assessments, Initial Viability Assessments.

- Child Rights & Education Based at the Head Office of the Organization, I was responsible for the applicability of the programs mentioned below and ensuring its effectiveness at the grass root level by being supportive to the project teams and maintain centrally the records of all programs happening in all the projects and serve as a resource for the project staff.
