I have worked as an events coordinator at Eternal Productions, and I work with local businesses and communities in Bradford to raise money for charitable causes on a yearly basis. To become successful in this role, I have worked at building good relationships in my local community and the surrounding area in order to help create an event that can raise money to promote social justice causes throughout the UK, as well as internationally. Myself and my team are the fastest growing events

company in the North specialising in ladies only events. This entails fashion exhibitions, concerts, festivals, charity dinners and the Bradford ‘Annual Chaand Raat’ which was featured on the BBC Look North and considered to be one of the largest events of its kind within the region. My role is made up of many different elements including:

• Overlooking the marketing and promotions, through visiting social media campaigns, word of mouth and postal drops.
• Targeting local businesses in Bradford to come on board and sponsor the event to take part and promote their business.
• Assissting in organising fashion exhibitions by liaising with fashion houses around Yorkshire to promote their clothing on catwalk.
• Assisting in performing the choreography of the initial fashion show.
• Helping recruitment of fashion models, photographers and entertainment for the event
• Networking with businesses and customers

• Obtained a 6-week shadow work experience at a dental practice to gain exposure and a feel for what working in a healthcare environment is like.
• Interacted with patients and professionals during various procedures.
• Picked up additional tasks to aid team success.
• Developed excellent working knowledge of industry trends and improvements in processes.
