
I am a hard working, self-motivated and ambitious individual. I currently work for Nucleus, in which I ensure to provide the best possible customer service for clients as well as ensuring I help with any of their needs. I have had five years experience working with customers whether that be on the phone or in person. I like to pride myself of providing great customer service ensuring my work is completed to the best of my ability and building great client rapport. I am an enthusiastic team player and customer advocate.
My duties include answering the phone to customers to answer customer queries and assist with customer needs. I also make outbound calls to update customers on ongoing cases I am currently responsible for, and send emails where appropriate. Another duty of mine is providing excellent customer service to ensure the customers receive the best experience possible.
My job role consisted of me ensuring all work sites were tidy and maintained to ensure the customer was happy with the outcome of the job. It also included helping ensure colleagues and the publics health and safety, and making sure the jobs were completed in a safe manner. It also involved me using heavy machinery to dispose of branches and wood.
My duties included, ensuring shelves within the supermarket are fully stocked, helping customers to find items within the supermarket, working on the tills, picking items for customers shopping, working in the John Lewis electrical department within the store, answering the superstore’s telephone and dealing with customers queries,
