I started working for voyage care as a support worker in November 2021. During my role as a support worker, I assisted with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, ensuring respect and dignity to the individuals in a person centered way. I would ensure that care plans are followed to ensure correct and adequate support was provided. In November 2022 I became a senior support worker where I helped manage shifts and as a team work together to ensure we were providing high quality support within the service. I also gained experience completing care plans, risk assessments and supervisions. Doing these tasks I have gained experience and confidence.
While working for Tesco, I worked in all areas of the store. I would replenish, rotate and count stock, while making sure customers enjoyed their experience safely.
