  • Joint work with social workers for children with safeguarding concerns or challenging behaviors, and to support families at the edge of care, to reduce the risk of breaking down of the support system.
  • Provide housing reports and liaison with housing officers to support families to be rehoused to a property that is more suited for children's disability needs.
  • Assist clinical lead/manager in referral screening and prioritization, and service policy review for improved and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise occupational therapists and OT students.
