- Fitness is key within this job as I have to walk through the day carrying anywhere up to 15kg at most given times.

- At one stop my job required me to act a little different to how I did in previous job roles, In this position I am a key holder to the store which involves me opening and locking up.
- As a shift leader I am required to run the shift to ensure the work output is as efficient and flows as well as possible insuring all tasks get completed.
- Alongside normal stock work I have multiple other routine jobs to carry out ranging from cleaning to stock checking.
- I also do a lot of health and safety practice as it is my duty to ensure everyone is working in a safely manner for themselves and for customers.
- I would like to say I'm very trusted within the job as I am also required to complete banking day to day, this involves counting and bagging up days takings ready to be collected by a company to carry out our banking cheques.

- I am a multi-skilled colleague, I am till trained, I stacked shelves and also I was mainly a General Assistant for online.
- There is a lot of different things that go into being a general assistant.
- I use to shop with the shoppers for the department if they were understaffed, I use to have to set up the room on a morning which entailed me doing different things on a computer to ensure everything would run smoothly for the department.
- The tasks on the computer involved me assigning the vans to certain drivers and vans to make sure the van wasn't overweight for the delivery run it had to do that day, I had to check weight reports to ensure nothing particular had to be done to send the vans out correctly.
- The main area of work would be in the online department room where I would take the shopping off the shoppers and organize it into different lanes depending on the van it would be getting loaded onto.
