  • Worked for Warwickshire police as a community support officer In this role I gave talks, attended safeguarding meetings and community meetings Such as, neighbourhood watch groups and religious groups, due to high community tensions in a very diverse area I identified vulnerable members of the community and gave them advice and the skills in order to keep them safe

in the metropolitan police service I have fulfilled the following roles

  • emergency response officer - whereby I attending 999 calls Being first on scene to critical incidents
  • staff Officer to chief superintendent (borough commander) this was a strategic role where I was able to assist with staffing key events and ensuring staffing levels in all departments was appropriate I also assisted in liaising with key community partners such as leaders from the council, MP’s and heads of religious groups
  • gangs/proactive unit This is a plain clothes unit where we targeted dangerous violent offenders I would obtain warrants from the court and execute these warrants Seeing cases through from arrest to court proceedings
  • fugitive/wanted offenders unit Intelligence led role identifying and arresting wanted offenders who were on the run
