Hobbies
In my spare time I like to read and I am currently into Stoicism, which highlights the importance of inner peace and by living a good life only worrying about the things you can control. Rather than stressing about the things you cannot control. It teaches you to find happiness within your life if you live wisely and justly. Be courageous and disciplined.
To not succumb to your emotions such as anger and fear and not allow them to control you.
I am currently reading Marcus Aurelius “Meditations”. He is a very well known Roman Emperor who studied Greek philosophy.
