• Waitressing is not the only job you are expected to do while in the company, as many employees are trained in multiple skills so that we are able to adapt to whatever situation we may be presented with on a day to day basis.
• The company provides a large function area that can seat up to 50 people on the premises. This means clients will book for all sorts of occasions including but not limited to weddings, retirements, birthday parties and also business staff nights out. Working with large and important events like this allows us to really get to know our customers and keep good rapport with those who will attend the venue in the future.
• As previously stated teamwork is important to the company, however, working individually is just as important. This entails being left with the responsibility of looking over large bookings, dealing with their pre orders and general questions about either the menu or the company.
• Organisation skills are so important while working in a venue that can seat up to 250 people, one of the many responsibilities within the position at the company is overseeing table arrangements and assigning other employees their individual areas to work with each day.
• Within hospitality there will be fast paced work and stressful situations, dealing with complaints effectively and making sure that the customer is having a pleasant experience is the key component in being successful. We offer remedial action to ensure that peoples experience at our venue is the best it can be.

• Used the online booking system to manage and maintain tables effectively. Time management and IT skills were key to this position.
• Represented the company standards and promoted the brand effectively within the location.
• Handled cash while on shift and worked with different delivery systems.
• Handled the phones for booking and delivery purposes, as well as on call complaints.

• Monitored food distribution, verified guidelines for special diets and delivered meals to recipients quickly. This was not only important in the sit down restaurant but for the outgoing of deliveries we also handled.

• Always helpful to our clients by respecting their wishes during their appointments, this involved asking them if they would like to have a conversation or would prefer treatment in silence to create a comfortable and relaxing environment.

• Checked on customers throughout long appointments, maintaining continued comfort and contentment.
