Work history

FA Referee

Langton Green Football Club
2021.04 - 2024.06
  • For refereeing, I worked for my football club, Langton Green, which is owned by Chris Allen, who assigned my matches. I was assigned matches once or twice weekly for younger Langton teams. To become a referee, I took a week-long course at Ashford stadium, getting my qualifications necessary to become a referee. Whilst I was a referee, I had to possess the ability to have control of the match which has given me a commanding voice and thick skin as a result of spectators.

Lifeguard

Fusion Leisure Centre
Tunbridge Wells
  • I was a lifeguard for about 2 years at ‘Fusion Leisure Centre’ in Tunbridge Wells. This job trained me for intense situations where critical thinking and quick decision making is essential, undergoing a week long training week (everyday 7am-5pm). This fully trained me in what to do in a wide variety of situations, and since an accident is rare, I am capable of doing boring tasks without losing concentration.
