Camp Winadu is a professionally staffed sports camp.
As a tennis counsellor I coached campers (aged 7-15) in a programme designed to foster sportsmanship and teamwork. I organised and led private tennis clinics, alongside planning summer matches, tournaments and fun games with the tennis coaching team.
As a general counsellor, I supervised the safety of campers, helped with the smooth running of daily routines and communicated regularly with the leadership team. I encouraged campers to participate in different activities outside of tennis to ensure children had an enjoyable summer experience.
