Summary

I am a friendly, calm, and highly adaptable professional with a passion of helping people feel safe, supported, and heard. With my experience of working in education, closely with students with SEND, in healthcare and customer-facing roles, I bring a warm, down to earth approach combined with strong professionalism.

I care deeply about getting things right for the people I support, helping them grow in confidence, and self-belief so they can move forward with more control over their own lives. I build strong, trusting relationships and take pride in being someone students feel comfortable opening up to.

Alongside this, I am naturally reflective in my practice and I am always looking for better ways to support students and improve outcomes. I actively seek out opportunities to develop my knowledge and skills, not to just progress professionally, but to make sure the support I offer is thoughtful, informed, and genuinely effective.
