Learned and applied new skills to daily tasks given by the senior armorer To include,
- Health and safety in the workshop.
- Full strip, service and assembly of military weapons.
- Completed calibration on weapons inspected.
- Full optical site care.
- Comprehensive use of all hand tools required.
- Worked collaboratively with trained armorers to understand weapon systems effectively.
- Communicating with my senior staff to enhance my knowledge.
I feel this experience gave me a good insight into the level of responsibility expected of me within the workplace, prompt timekeeping and enhanced my communication skills by working within a team.
