• Reconciled and resolved post-trade issues and settlement exceptions for Fixed Income (Repos and Cash Bonds), FX, Futures, and Rates OTC products before market close
• Managed the onboarding process for new Portfolio Managers, including account setup and third-party connectivity
• Supported the business by performing daily control checks and communicating with relevant desks to maintain a controlled environment, minimizing losses, eliminating errors
• Worked on the LIBOR migration project due to the benchmark cessation effective December 31, 2021, developing a risk-free approach to convert all outstanding firm LIBOR contracts into corresponding RFR-based Overnight Index Swaps.

• Successfully migrated U.S. Middle Office functions from Stamford, CT to Warsaw within a 10-week period
• Provided primary support to the U.S. Exotics, Inflation, and Swap desks, covering a diverse range of products
• Coordinated with technology groups to implement changes to existing system functionality:

Onboarded a new booking model for Inflation Asset Swaps, enabling electronic trading. This model was recognized by LCH as the first ever to be cleared by them.
Integrated a new reconcilable MarkitServ field for swaptions products into the company’s systems.

• Responsible for introducing new processes at the team level
• Supervised junior colleagues and provided mentoring and training to new employees
• Managed lifecycle events such as rate fixings, option expirations, coupon payments, and novations (Step-In and Remaining Party)
• As part of the EU Benchmark project team, assisted in developing a mechanism that enhanced the control framework of trading activity to meet MIFID II regulations.
