-I am a Doctor and a Trauma and Orthopaedic (Hand Surgery) Surgeon with twenty years of clinical and surgical experience.
-I have been working as part of big multidisciplinary teams during all those years performing multiple leadership roles.

_ As part of a surgical rotation to become a surgeon I was able to get experience in a range of specialities as part of my rotation.

As and SHO I was involved in the day to day care of patients on the ward, clinics and theatre treating and dealing with all the pathologies in the different specialties and treating any unexpected emergencies and complications.
Working as part of multidisciplinary teams gave me the leadership skills that I needed after to work as an independent surgeon being able to manage theatre teams of up to 20 people on a regular basis
As a doctor and as a Surgeon I have gone through an extensive period of training of eleven years duration after graduating from medical school
This training provided me with the knowledge and skills to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients on a daily basis, being my main specialty Trauma and Orthopaedics and dealing with any unexpected emergencies
Since then I have been practising with autonomy as a hand surgeon for the last 12 years as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing teams of up to twenty people and performing leadership roles
I have been a Clinical and Educational Supervisor to doctors in training for many years as well as an Appraiser
On top of this I have been an LNC member at my hospital for many years and a SAS doctor representative for the South on England
I was nominated to be the next SAS doctor tutor in my hospital
I have been involved over the years in multiple meetings, congresses and research and have a special interest in digital medicine since COVID19 pandemic as our practice changed dramatically at that stage and we had to find ways to still be able to help patients,
