Yasmine Al Khalili

During my time in Animals in Distress I completed a series of tasks such as opening up the store, greeting customers, taking in customers donations where I then unpacked everything and priced items and would also steam clothes that that folds. I also maintained and cleaned out the back on a regular basis and was told during my time there that I have a skill of getting things done quickly and carrying out extra tasks that weren't expected of me. Because of the area where I worked there were more elderly people which helped me create and understand how to deal with people that require more needs than others in a work environment and helping them in a way that would not offend them and still allow them their dignity.
