Summary

Primary Education is an important influence on a child’s life, it provides them with fundamental knowledge a skills that they will use for the rest of their lives. Since qualifying as a teacher in 2019, I have a strong commitment to children and young people’s health, well-being and personal development. In recent years, I

have developed a variety of skills working with children and young people. I have always been passionate about supporting children to achieve their best and have been applying, evaluating and refining my knowledge and skills, to ensure that I am the best teacher I can be, prepared to take in the exciting opportunities and challenges

that teaching in a primary classroom can present. I have a combination of professional teaching experience, a clear understanding of childhood development, subject leadership of PSHE, PE and Maths, volunteering as a Girl Guide leader and a degree in Sports and

Education Studies and a PGCE, which together provides me with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the importance of education for children and there key developments.
